14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with your Solace subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. We want Solace to feel right for you, and we will not hold you to a plan that does not.
How to request a refund
Payments for Solace are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support through the contact details in the app.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. It usually takes a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal to stop future renewals. After the 14-day window, renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if something feels off please reach out, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
Free trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
